1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the SGA188 website accessible at https://sga188.cam and all related mobile-optimized pages, services, and features made available thereunder.
• "We," "Us," "Our," and "SGA188" refer to the operating entity behind the SGA188 platform.
• "You," "Player," and "User" refer to any individual who registers an account on and/or uses the SGA188 platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account opened by you upon successful registration on SGA188.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and any credited bonus funds held within your Account at any given time.
• "Real-Money Balance" means the portion of your Balance derived exclusively from cash deposits, net of any withdrawals and losses.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent, or matched-deposit bonuses credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets that must be placed and settled before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to Real-Money Balance and withdrawn.

2. Eligibility

To register an Account and use the SGA188 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate or entity registrations are not permitted.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. SGA188 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with Indonesian legal conventions applicable to adult entertainment services. Registering as an underage individual is prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national or platform-specific exclusion list.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
5. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with local legislation.
6. You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of SGA188 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances therein may be voided at SGA188's discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. SGA188 may decline registration or suspend an Account where registration details are found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify SGA188 customer support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Minors

SGA188 is committed to preventing minors from accessing gambling services. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a registered user is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately, conduct an age-verification investigation, withhold any pending withdrawals, and may void all winnings generated during the period in question.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

SGA188 operates a mandatory KYC process for all players prior to processing the first withdrawal and when aggregate deposits exceed specified thresholds. The KYC process is designed to confirm your identity, age, and residential address in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices.

4.1 Documents Required

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC review is completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. 5. Deposits

SGA188 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Deposits below these thresholds will not be credited and may be returned, net of any applicable bank processing fees beyond SGA188's control.

5.2 Deposit Fees

SGA188 does not charge internal fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply inter-bank transfer fees or service charges that are beyond our control. Please consult your bank or e-wallet terms for applicable charges.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing bank account or e-wallet is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any third-party deposit detected will be reversed, and the receiving Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Crediting Time

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your SGA188 Account within minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within thirty (30) minutes, please contact customer support with your proof of transfer.

6. Withdrawals

SGA188 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are paid exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier. Fully verified (KYC-complete) Accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits. Please contact customer support for your current personal limit details.

6.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance and internal fraud-screening checks. SGA188 does not guarantee same-day withdrawal completion and accepts no liability for delays caused by receiving bank processing schedules, public holidays, or technical issues on the part of the payment provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

SGA188 does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawals. Inter-bank transfer fees imposed by your receiving financial institution are outside our control and will be deducted from the transferred amount where applicable.

6.4 Wagering Requirements Prior to Withdrawal

Any active Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active wagering obligation remains outstanding may result in the Bonus Balance and associated winnings being forfeited. Real-Money Balance (funds deposited without any active bonus) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal

SGA188 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation is outstanding or under review; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or terms violation; (c) the Wagering Requirement for an active bonus has not been fulfilled; or (d) the withdrawal request is flagged by our automated anti-money-laundering screening systems. 7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who satisfy the minimum deposit requirement stated in the applicable promotion.
• Each promotion specifies a Wagering Requirement (commonly expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x the bonus amount) that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings are released for withdrawal.
• Bonuses have a validity period — typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of credit — after which any unused Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Where abuse is detected, SGA188 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

7.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The welcome bonus is available exclusively to first-time depositing players who have not previously held an Account on SGA188. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, shared IP address, or shared device. SGA188 reserves the right to verify these conditions before crediting any welcome promotion.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the SGA188 platform — including slot machines, live casino tables, sports betting markets, togel (traditional numbers lottery) draws, sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams, and bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets — are subject to both these Terms and the individual game rules published within each game interface or category landing page.

8.1 Random Number Generators

8.2 Sports Betting

SGA188 reserves the right to void bets placed on suspended or cancelled events and to correct settlement errors where they arise.

8.3 Malfunctions

Malfunctions void all related pays and plays. SGA188 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical failures outside our direct control.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SGA188 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering or other financially illicit purpose.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or pricing mistakes in sportsbook odds for systematic profit.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in poker environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus promotions through arbitrage, account duplication, or deliberate wagering patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGA188, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• Any decision made by you in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by SGA188 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. 14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Suspension by SGA188

SGA188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for prohibited or fraudulent activity; (c) the Account holder does not satisfy the eligibility criteria; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

14.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering obligations or fraud investigations are pending.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Limitations of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law — shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms.
